Πριν κάνετε το tattoo ή το piercing πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι :

1. Το Dark Side Tattoo Society υποχρεούται βάση του νόμου να μην παρέχει υπηρεσίες tattoo και piercing σε άτομα κάτω των 18 ετών χωρίς την παρουσία γονέα ή κηδεμόνα και χωρίς να υπάρχει έγγραφη σχετική συγκατάθεση από γονέα ή κηδεμόνα επικυρωμένη από την αστυνομία ή άλλη δημόσια αρχή.
2. Η επίδειξη αστυνομικής ταυτότητας είναι υποχρεωτική πριν σας παρέχουμε υπηρεσία tattoo ή piercing και έχουμε δικαίωμα να αρνηθούμε να παρέχουμε αυτές τις υπηρεσίες σε αντίθετη περίπτωση.
3. Δε θα διενεργήσουμε tattoo ή piercing σε άτομο κάτω των 14 ετών ακόμα και αν συνοδεύεται από γονέα ή κηδεμόνα. ( με εξαίρεση το τρύπημα των αυτιών)
4. Με την παρούσα εγγραφή δίνεται ρητή συναίνεση του ίδιου ή του κηδεμόνα για τη χρήση φωτογραφίας του tattoo ή του piercing σας, που θα ληφθεί εν γνώσει σας, στις επίσιμες σελίδες ιστότοπου και social media του DarkSide Tattoo Society.
5. Σας παρακαλούμε να μας ενημερώσετε εκ των προτέρων αν εμπίπτετε σε κάποια από τις εξής κατηγορίες:

• Εγκυμονούσες γυναίκες
• Άτομα που πάσχουν από οποιαδήποτε ασθένεια του νευρικού ή καρδιαγγειακού συστήματος
• Άτομα που πάσχουν από οποιαδήποτε ασθένεια που καθιστά επικίνδυνη τη διενέργεια tattoo ή piercing όπως (ενδεικτική αναφορά) επιληψία, αιμοφιλία, δερματογραφία, H.I.V, ηπατίτιδα, σακχαρώδης διαβήτης, αρτηριακή πίεση ή υπόταση καθώς και κάθε άλλη μεταδοτική ή μη ασθένεια που δεν αναφέρεται στις ως άνω.
• Άτομα που εφαρμόζουν φαρμακευτική αγωγή
• Άτομα υπό την επήρεια αλκοόλ ή ναρκωτικών ουσιών

        Σε περίπτωση που εμπίπτετε σε κάποια κατηγορία από τις παραπάνω, έχουμε δικαίωμα να αρνηθούμε να προχωρήσουμε στο tattoo ή στο piercing.

Before you do the tattoo or piercing you should know that:

1. The Dark Side Tattoo Society is obligated by law not to provide tattoos and piercing services to people under the age of 18 without the presence of a parent or a guardian and without written consent from a parent or a guardian certified by the police or other public authority.
2. The demonstration of an ID is mandatory before we provide tattoo or piercing services otherwise we have the right to refuse to undergo with the providence of the tattoo and piercing services.
3. We will not perform a tattoo or piercing on a person under the age of 14 even if accompanied by a parent or a guardian. (with the exception of ear piercing)
4. With this registration, the explicit consent of himself or the guardian is given for the use of a photo of your tattoo or piercing, which will be taken to your knowledge, on the official website and social media pages of the DarkSide Tattoo Society.
5. Please let us know in advance if you fullfill one of the following categories:
   •  
   • Pregnant
   • People suffering from any disease of the nervous or cardiovascular system
   • People suffering from any illness that makes it dangerous to perform tattoos or piercing such as (indicative reference) epilepsy, haemophilia, dermatography, HIV, hepatitis, diabetes mellitus, blood pressure or hypotension, and any other contagious or non-contagious diseases that are not mentioned.
   • People being under any medication treatment.
   • People under the influence of alcohol or narcotics (drugs)

   If you fulfill any of the above categories, we have the right to refuse to go to tattoo or piercing.
